Today, I proudly serve as the Founder and CEO of Guiltless To Go, an AI-powered app revolutionizing healthy on-demand ordering. Recognizing that 80% of our fitness, weight loss, and overall health is directly linked to our diet, my team and I are committed to making nutritious choices according to dietary needs and preferences easier for everyone.
My transformation began during college when I experienced weight gain due to lifestyle changes. This ignited a strong desire to regain my former figure and embark on a journey to discover effective weight loss and maintenance methods. That’s when my obsession with low-carb diets began because it seemed to be the only thing that worked well for me, which led me to write my college topic thesis: “The Low Carbohydrate Diet: Is it a Fad or a Lifestyle?”.
